Vossmosis Sales Process
READY => We will help you determine if you are ready to exit—and at what range of value your business will command. If a good fit, we will sign an Engagement Agreement to have Vossmosis represent you.
SET => We take a deep dive into your business, determine the proper sales price, and develop all the elements of an effective marketing strategy. An anonymous Business Summary and a 30-50 page Confidential Information Memorandum will be created on your behalf.
GO => Once your marketing and media program kicks off, we screen buyers for best match, set up site tours and introductions and work to deliver multiple attractive offers (Letters of Intent).
SELL => Upon acceptance of an LOI, we manage the due diligence process through a secure data room and work with your counsel to finalize a purchase agreement. Closings are typically set 30-60 days following the execution of the purchase agreement.
